Been Scrappin'
I know, I know, I've been gone forever again. Kind of lost my blogging urge for a while there but I'm back, for real this time. Maybe you'll forgive me if I show you what I've been up to. We had our annual retreat a few weeks ago and I had a ball. I scrapped and scrapped all weekend and managed to get a few layouts done. I'm working on some more class stuff at the moment and i can't show that until the class has been on so you'll have to wait a little bit.
I'll update again tomorrow with some pics of the kids and a proper post about what's been happening in our world.

Where does the time go? Seriously, I feel like I'm stuck in a vortex and some days the time just flies by at supersonic speed and other days feel like everything is happening in slow motion. Why is it that the good days fly and the bad days draaaaaaaag? It's not fair.
To say that life has gotten in the way of blogging is an understatement. It's not that I haven't wanted to blog, but every time I sit down to load photos and type some words, I run out of time or I get interrupted. I must admit though that I'm not very good with time management, especially making use of those little windows of time between dropping children off and picking them up and reading at school and kindergym and playgroup and kinder etc... It's actually nice being in the midst of school holidays despite the fact that the kids are getting on my nerves slightly. It's nice to not have that insane rush in the mornings and having to make sure that there is lunch box food and clean uniforms and readers read etc... We've managed to catch up with some friends, get some jobs done around the house and have some lazy pyjama-wearing-movie days and even though it's been busy, it has been nice to set the pace myself for a change. Last week the kids were both sick with colds and fevers and Max even managed to score a nice dose of conjunctivitis just to top it off, but we survived.
Things at work have been coasting along. I haven't really had much mojo for scrapping but I'm hoping it's just waiting to burst forward, especially seeing as the Retreat is only 4 weeks away. 2.5 days of child free scrapping bliss. All my meals cooked for me, no housework, no-one asking me to do anything for them. everything done on MY time schedule.
Well....not much more to share today. The kids have a friend over to play and I really should make the most of the peace and quiet and get dinner started.
And just because a post isn't a post without photos, here are some layouts from the past few weeks. I have more the add but I left my card reader at a girlfriends' house and can't upload anything at the moment, so these will have to do.

I was kidnapped by aliens, honestly! But now that I'm back I'll post properly later on tonight. Still a bit jet-lagged from the space flight but as soon as I'm back on earth time I'll fill you in on what's been happening.
Not that anyone is reading this anymore.
*sniff* You probably didn't even miss me.*sob*

Oops, fell off the blogging wagon
I had promised to be back with holiday pics and there are seriously hundreds of them. I still haven't gone through them all properly but I had to share this one. Despite the look on their faces, the kids had a great time on this ride at Seaworld. They went on it more than once.

I was blessed with the opportuity to join 3 of my favourite scrapping girls on a delicious girls weekend away, just for scrapping. I can't tell you how nice it was just to sit and scrap without having to pack up at the end of the day. That combined with being with my favourite people and being able to do whatever I wanted without having to think abut classes or Design Team stuff made it the best weekend ever. I did miss the kids, and Drew of course, but it was nice not being responsible for anyone but myself. I managed to finish 11 layouts over the weekend and I've been working on more since I came home. You could say I was in the zone. It's about time!
Here are a few I finished on the weekend. There are another 4 or 5 still to photograph but my camera is playing up so excuse the crappy pics.

I managed to get some scrapping done while I was in Brisbane too, I finshed both baby books for Jemima and Max and did a couple of layouts. I haven't photographed them yet though.
I do have some other scrapping to share, I've been busy. This first one is a class I taught at the shop last weekend. I'm getting the hang of Heritage pages, people are even booking in to my classes!

Bet you didn't even miss us...

- We've been in Brisbane for 2 weeks to visit Jan, Col, Ella and Hudson. It's our annual pilgrimage and a delightful drive with 2 children. Delightful....
- I've been scrapping. I had the opportunity to see Flourish in person. I got to go shopping at Print Blocks...WHOLESALE!
- The kids had a fabulous time with their cousins and Aunt and Uncle and we all had a lovely mini-break at Caloundra over Easter together.
- I have a thousand photos to go through...seriously.
- After being home less than 12 hours, Drew jetted off to Malaysia for work so the holiday is well and truly over.
- The cat missed us so much that she has let Jemima pat her and even sat on my lap...Miracle!
- Our photos from Rachel Richter arrived while we were away and they are gorgeous.
- I'll be back tomorrow hopefully with some more pictures and a proper post.

50 Questions
I saw this on Dani's blog and I'm bored to I thought I'd bore you all to death with my answers.
50 Questions
1. If your doctor told you TODAY that you were pregnant, what would you say? I would say it wasn't mine. There is no way no how I could be pregnant.
2. Do you trust all of your friends? Hmmm......I think so.If I didn't trust them it would be pretty hard to be friends with them. Aquaintances yes but not friends. I have a few Aquaintances I don't trust and that's why they'll always stay at arms length.
